Dear Veteran,
• Effective
Friday,
March 4, 2016 at 4:30 p.m., the pharmacies will no longer be operating
at our VA Primary Care Clinics.
• All
prescriptions will be handled through the mail order system that delivers
directly to your address.
• Window
medication pick-up will still be available at the North Las Vegas VA Medical
Center.
• In
an emergency, your provider can order a temporary supply of noncontrolled
medications through a contract pharmacy near your VA Clinic.
To order your prescription
refills you can use one of the following options:
• Call

in your refill slips at least two (2) weeks in advance to:

In an emergency,
patients may pick up a temporary supply of non-controlled medications at a
local contract pharmacy. Patient’s VA Providers may write prescriptions to be
filled at a nearby contract pharmacy, at NO COST to the patient.
